R O U T I N E
I started the year waking up early and believe me at the beginning it hurts but then you got used to it and it's much better for health and our mind. Before I start the day I make my bed.
Drinking a cup of water with lemon help our body and gives us more energy for the rest of the day.
I have time so I do my workout routine at the morning and I use an app and some advices from a sport magazine. With this app and the magazine I did my own workout plan and I do it at home, maybe I'll post it soon.
After workout I take a shower and do my face care but nothing much because I do the biggest before bed
Time to choose my outfit and do my makeup.
I take breakfast out with my grandmother and I always choose toast and a juice of red berries.
After all this it's time to start my day!
