Starting a healthy life is not easy. First of all you need to put in your mind that this is what you want to do for real and not just because you feel bad with your body for example. Friendly reminder that you are beautiful the way you are and starting being healthy is for your health!

You can start for wake up early, stay in bed feels good but waking up early is so much better for your health. Try do do some sport in your routine, you only need 30 minutes of your 24 hours.

Drink too much water, seriously this is very important!

After you start doing the "easy" points you go to the hard part...the food.

The food part is difficult tbh. You need to 'leave' the chocolates, fast food, you know what I'm talking about. 
Try to start to replace the food, for example, sugar is horrible for our body, so try to not use it or use sweetener.  And replace the normal bread that you eat for wheat bread or bread with seeds.

Soon I'm gonna do a post only about how to replace the 'bad' food for health food if you want.

My advices for an healthy life are done for today, if you need more tell me.

And remember that being healthy is good for you, for your body, for your mind, for your health. So please do this for you and not just to impress someone.
